Infrastructure and public sector

The project involved a comprehensive refurbishment of the existing swimming pool’s facilities, bringing them up to a high standard, plus the addition of an extension housing a modern gym incorporating the latest fitness equipment and technologies together with a multi-use studio.

The development contained 25 apartments and a medical centre arranged in 3 timber-framed blocks. A moth-balled development, our client purchased the part-built site after it had been derelict for almost 3 years.
