Existing residential

We completed a review of Lewisham Homes approach to their existing 30 year strategic asset management plan.

This involved the development of a bespoke Asset Investment Model which detailed a comprehensive 30 year works programme to help develop the Association’s Asset Management Strategy.

We are providing pre- and post-contract services for the delivery of 70 affordable units forming part of One Commercial Street, a Landmark Redrow Homes development.

April 2014

We undertook a review of a range of issues associated with the asset management plan for Allen Edwards School to identify the status and condition of their current assets, the risks associated with them, the actions required to manage these risks and also identified how best the available funds could be utilised to obtain maximise efficiencies.

Replacement of the heating and ventilation systems to an existing swimming pool using heat pump technology to reduce running costs.

New build residential

The property is being constructed in a select area of Virginia Water for a private developer.

Infrastructure and public sector

Works included the refurbishment of an existing football pavilion, changing facilities, pitch drainage, a museum and community building along with hard and soft landscaping to the entire park, de-siltation works to the Old Moselle Brook and associated landscaping and the construction of a new café.

New build residential

We are appointed as Employers Agents, CDM Coordinators and Party Wall Surveyors for this 327-unit, mixed-tenure residential scheme with commercial space in the double basement and ground floors adjacent to a canal. 

June 2014

Delivery of a refurbished 173 guest room hotel, including 21 suites, public areas, meeting rooms and a newly configured bar and restaurant, along with the introduction of air conditioning into the balance of 140 guest rooms.


We were appointed as project managers, cost consultants and CDM-coordinators to deliver a restack and refurbishment of an office building within the studios campus of BSkyB.

In May 2011, Enfield Council selected Mulalley and One Housing Group as their partners to undertake the regeneration of the Ladderswood Way Estate.
