The Savoy

The project consisted of the full restoration of the listed Savoy hotel including all public areas, 268 bedrooms and suites, major structural works and complete replacement of all services.

We provided project management and supply chain management services seconded within Fairmont Hotels and Resorts Design and Construction team. Working closely with the Fairmont team members from Canada and Europe, the role includes full management cost reporting, supply chain liaison and logistics and management of other consultants.
