Delivering the relocation of the back of house staff facilities into new spaces within the basement, while taking on all M&E challenges that this created.

Management of a full upgrade and relocation of the hotel IT systems, to create new additional guestrooms with a new design specification for this boutique hotel, managing contractors and supply chain systems. All works were planned and managed whilst the hotel remained fully open for business.
