We are named ‘best of the best’ in the Building Good Employers Guide 2011

For the fifth year running we have been recognised as a good employer by Building. In awarding us the fantastic ‘best of the best’ accolade this year, the judges stated:

‘John Rowan & Partners show genuine leadership when it comes to attracting future talent to the construction industry, initiating The Pledge campaign to encourage employers to offer internship places within their firms. The company also offers its staff paid time off to participate in local community activities – just one of the ways in which it supports employees to become involved in charity or community works’.

‘We are really pleased with this award. As a company we are all about our people and it’s great to be recognised for the great work we all do. Very often in a tough market staff suffer with important areas such as training, personal development and work in the community opportunities being cut. We have done the opposite and increased our activity in these areas and are gaining the rewards from doing so.
