In the existing affordable housing sector where efficiency and high quality are the hallmarks of a successful project, we're committed to delivering construction and refurbishment projects to achieve the Government's Decent Homes targets for housing. We’ve come a long way with our clients since the launch of the Programme back in 2000 and now truly lead the field. Our involvement on multi-million pound schemes has seen us build on a number of successful projects and our portfolio of work expand with several London ALMOs. To date, we have improved over 62,000 homes.

Our expertise includes development monitoring to ensure that programmes proceed on time and in-line with our clients expected quality standards, building and quantity surveying, procurement and contractual advice, strategic management and total project management. Within these roles John Rowan & Partners have been instrumental in introducing new ways of working to a number of housing schemes, achieving comprehensive cost and time efficiencies for clients and extremely high levels of resident satisfaction.

Our Decent Homes clients include Hounslow Homes, Homes for Haringey, Ealing Homes, Newham Homes, Homes for Islington and Brent Housing Partnership.

John Rowan & Partners work with a select number of Registered Providers (RP’s) to deliver high quality new build homes. We have a unique perspective of the sector – our team boasts construction, commercial and RP expertise, with many of our team having worked within RPs development departments before joining John Rowan & Partners. This gives us an unparalleled insight into clients’ needs, internal systems and the regulatory frameworks within which RPs operate.

We have expertise across all contract types and are successfully managing clients’ projects using PPC2000, JCT (1998 and 2005), NEC and Development Agreements. We consider ourselves market leaders in developing new forms of contract that deliver real efficiencies and quality standards.

We offer a ‘One Stop Shop’ service – with the support of the wider JRP business we are able to deliver a range of solutions for our partners, including Site Inspection, CDM Co-ordination, workshop facilitation and Party Wall bespoke services. We are well respected as problem solvers in the industry.

We have licensed Code for Sustainable Homes Assessors and expertise in renewable energy systems, we will ensure that sustainable energy solutions are implemented which are both cost effective and user-friendly.

Our RP clients include A2Dominion Group, Notting Hill Housing, Wandle Housing Association, One Housing Group, Thames Valley Housing, Catalyst Housing Group and Network Housing Group.
