John Rowan & Partners have just completed works on one of the largest restaurants and the largest Champagne Bar in the country; The St Pancras Grand, a 200 cover restaurant, and the Searcy’s Champagne Bar. Both are within the iconic structure of St Pancras International Station. The projects integrated a striking new build element within the Grade 1 listed building complementing the design, and functionally of the scheme.
John Rowan & Partners acted as Client Representatives, Project Managers and FF&E Supply Chain Managers delivering the project on time, on budget and to the client’s specification.
Due to the success of these projects on behalf of Searcy, we were appointed and have successfully completed the Champagne Bar with the Westfield Shopping Centre, the largest in Europe.
We provide these services for other clients such as All-Bar-One, Browns and Ember Inns.
