We operate an in-house custom built portfolio tracker for our clients. This informs the client of critical milestones for action to be taken, is an aid to the limitation of liabilities across their portfolio and is a valuable budgeting tool.

We are currently achieving an average on negotiated claims of 55% of the original claim presented by the landlord, which on average equates to 50% of the clients annual rent. Clients we have achieved this for include Virgin.
