Flagship housing projects including independent certification of the 2,818 apartments at East Village, the Olympic legacy development in Stratford, and the regeneration of Green Man Lane in Ealing comprising 750 new homes, a primary school, commercial space and communal areas.

We’ve worked continually with some clients for over a decade, in testament to the quality of our service. These long-term clients include A2Dominion Group (25,000+ housing stock), Brent Housing Partnership, One Housing Group, Haringey Homes / London Borough of Haringey and Kensington and Chelsea Tenant Management Organisation.

We acted as lead consultant for Tower Hamlets Homes’ £50m Decent Homes Programme in a multi-disciplinary service comprising contract administration, cost management and quality inspection services. We’re ranked number one consultant in client KPIs and were awarded further contracts outside of the programme.

At South Kilburn, a £41m development for Network Homes, we are employer’s agents, cost consultants, site inspectors and principal designers. Our involvement began in the pre-contract stage where we helped negotiate an overage agreement between client and developer and worked closely with them in submission of the final round bid to the Council. We continued to manage the project through construction, including devising a sales and marketing strategy, advising on construction logistics associated with the on-site show apartment and marketing complex.
