We have operated in the existing residential sector since our formation in 1982. One of our first clients, the London Borough of Brent, is still a valued client today.

From building surveying to project management and from CDM co-ordination to cost management, our teams provide services to Local Authorities, ALMOs, Housing Associations, Registered Providers, private landlords, developers and other housing organisations.  To date, we have provided services that have improved over 200,000 existing homes proving we are true leaders in the sector.
