Planning services

Our latest service offering – all things planning.  The planning system can seem complex, risky, lengthy and expensive. However it can also unlock potential, secure opportunities and add considerable value.

Getting the best planning advice is therefore critical to investment decisions at every stage of the property cycle.

Meeting these challenges demands both strategic and scheme-specific planning input. We provide a full planning advisory service, including advice on planning applications, planning appeals, S106 negotiations, Local Plan/UDP/LDF representations, listed buildings, public consultation, expert witness and planning appraisals.

Our focus is on optimising value and minimising planning risk. We work closely with clients and teams as projects emerge, from project inception to delivery. This involves assessing development opportunities, co-ordinating professional multi-disciplinary teams and negotiating schemes through a strategic approach. With strong delivery skills and intelligent thinking we create value, minimise uncertainty, avoid delays and enhance commercial viability.
