Mash Halai, is an equity partner at John Rowan and Partners and has worked for the firm for 22 years, heading up the company’s Residential Development team for the past 15 years. The move follows Gurpal Virdee’s appointment to Managing Partner, last October.

Commenting on his appointment, Mash Halai said: “We have an incredibly strong team at John Rowan and Partners and while relatively small compared to some of the global consultancies, many of our clients see us as the industry benchmark for construction consultants in our sectors. This is down to the remarkable expertise of our consultants, which set us apart from the rest.

Mash’s new role will see him supporting Gurpal Virdee to develop and implement the company’s growth strategy, manage business performance and its goal to be the ‘go to’ construction consultancy for professional services.

Previously he has supported the day to day running of the business, providing a clear link between shareholders and our various teams.
