John Rowan and Partners secure Clerk of Works role with Network Homes
John Rowan and Partners has won a place on Network Homes’ four-year framework to provide Clerk of Works services. A long-standing client of John Rowan and Partners, Network Homes is one the UK’s leading housing associations. They own and manage over 20,000 homes across London, Hertfordshire and the South East.

Currently also part of their Employer’s Agent framework, the team at John Rowan and Partners will play a key role in Network Homes’ plan to develop 1,000 new homes each year. As Clerks of Works John Rowan and Partners will be part of Network Homes onsite team providing technical checks on the works being carried out on site.
