In his long career the projects he has worked on include housing stock refurbishment programmes involving void and occupied premises, together with refurbishment of high-end residential properties in Central London as well as commercial premises.

Denis concentrates largely on party wall work these days, is a member of the faculty of party wall surveyors and is highly regarded within the industry.

He is a Fulham season ticket holder and member of Surrey County Cricket Club. While he doesn’t now play much in the way of cricket or football, he does try to convince himself that he keeps fit by going to the gym two or three times a week,  but socialising probably wipes out the benefit of that!
