Working in the infrastructure sector

Our experience and clients in this sector range from rail to local authorities and from housing associations to commercial manufacturing. We can call upon over 100 highly qualified and experienced surveyors, project managers, quantity surveyors, development assessors and safety advisers from over a dozen different nationalities.

Our approach is cutting edge with an integrated process for the latest innovation such as BIM.

Members of our Safety Compliance team are Approved Safety Representatives for Network Rail and as a result have operated in over 20 rail stations within the UK.

We acted as cost managers and project managers at Hog Hill, a cycle circuit created for the 2012 Olympic Games. The development in Redbridge hosted competitions and replaced the nearby Eastway Cycle Circuit in Stratford which is now where the Olympic VeloPark and BMX track are situated.

At The Rushes, a retail development, we delivered contract and procurement advice as well as project management. On behalf of our clients we were able to facilitate major adaptations to the scheme to secure Marks & Spencer as a tenant within a very tight timescale enabling Christmas trading. The scheme saw the construction of over 210,000sq ft of retail, apartments, bars and health club incorporating a swimming pool. A complex brownfield inner city site with multi levels and undercroft parking.
