Gilray House by HÛT, shortlisted for the AJ Retrofit Awards in the Workplace category

We’re extremely proud to announce that one of our projects has been named as a finalist for the Architects’ Journal Retrofit Awards in the Workplace (up to £5 million) category.

We were excited to win the opportunity to provide Employer’s Agent, Project Management and Quantity Services for Gilray House renovation in Shoreditch, London – a great refurbishment scheme for us to be involved with.

The project comprised 12,000 square feet of workspace, 3,000 square feet of retail space and a two-storey rooftop extension. It also included structural renovation of the basement.

We worked with HUT Architecture, Gaw Capital and Structure Tone London – and we’re all eagerly waiting to hear the results, which are due out on April 4th!

“Being shortlisted for such an award is fantastic – and a real testament to the hard work and dedication of the whole project team” commented our Gilray House Project Manager, Paul Sherwood.

The space is leased and operated by Knotel, and who also undertook the fit out.
