Greene King run over 3,000 managed, tenanted, leased and franchised pubs, restaurants and hotels, with brands like Loch Fyne, Farmhouse Inns and Hungry Horse. We’ve helped maximise the value of their portfolio and ensure their return on investment for each unit over a number of years. We have generated opportunities including retail and commercial developments.

We managed the Browns Brasserie and Bar Group’s brand development rollout of various acquisition and existing sites, targeting the high volume food and beverage offer. We provided full cost management services incorporating feasibility estimates, tender documents and tendering and financial control on site. We facilitated a value management study of the brand hallmarks together with the mechanical and electrical elements to rationalise the escalation in elemental costs across subsequent projects.

Searcys have appointed us to deliver several of their bars and restaurants. In just 10 weeks we delivered the champagne bar that is the centrepiece of Westfield: a unique, bold, sculpturally-designed bar. Premium grade materials to complement the luxury retail experience, including lava-stone counters, were sourced from suppliers across Europe. At The Barbican we delivered the full refurbishment of the bar and restaurant on a fast track basis, utilising the traditional “quiet period” of August.

We provided a full cost management to All Bar One, incorporating feasibility estimates, tender documents and tendering and financial control on site, for their brand rationalisation targeting the high-volume wet trade.

At the famous O2 Arena in London we provided client agent, project manager and architectural design support to bring an over-running, over-budget project back under control for the Glorious Group. This project created three flagship bars and restaurants within the main entrance concourse of the arena. Building work had commenced without agreed design concepts, programme, contracts or quotations in place. We took the lead, defined roles, provided mediation and successfully aligned the project team, managing the project through to completion.
