A double celebration as Mash Halai is appointed Managing Director at John Rowan and Partners and Gurpal Virdee is promoted to Managing Director of Bellrock Group’s Technical and Real Estate Division.
John Rowan and Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Mash Halai as our new Managing Director. Mash has been an integral part of the JRP team for over 25 years. In this time he has worked his way up from a trainee mentored by the company founder, John Rowan, through to Chairman and head of the residential development and regeneration team.
With a wealth of experience in the industry, Mash is well-equipped to lead JRP and continue its legacy of exceptional service and commitment to our clients.
Commenting on his new role, Mash said, “I am excited to carry on the exceptional work that Gurpal has done for our company. Over the years, JRP has grown from strength to strength, and I am committed to maintaining our upward trajectory by focusing on our core values: our people, our culture, and our unwavering dedication to delivering the very best for our clients.”
As we embark on this new chapter, we would like to acknowledge the outstanding work of Gurpal Virdee, who has been promoted to Managing Director of Bellrock Group’s Technical and Real Estate Division.
Reflecting on his new position, Gurpal said, “I’m extremely pleased to be appointed to this position. The Technical and Real Estate division is genuinely greater than the sum of its parts, and I’m looking forward to supporting each of the individual companies and getting to know their clients.
“But this isn’t a goodbye from me, I will still be working closely with John Rowan and Partners’ clients while also helping to showcase the opportunities that lie within the wider group.”
While Gurpal will be overseeing Nifes, Oakleaf, Martech, and JRP, he will remain closely involved with our clients, ensuring continuity and a seamless transition.
