We are pleased to announce that we have been chosen to help public sector organisations tackle the housing shortage.

We have been appointed to provide consultancy services through the newbuild development framework operated by the Communities & Housing Investment Consortium. The non-profit consortium, better known as CHIC, has more than 200 members, mainly housing associations and local authorities, and is free to join.

We have been selected for both workstream 1 – project management services including employer’s agents – and workstream 4 – principal designer services. The achievement reflects our commitment to delivering high quality services and solutions in collaboration with CHIC.

The framework, which will last for four years, is an integral part of CHIC’s commitment to providing compliant procurement solutions and commercial support to its members. It caters for a wide range of project types, from small infill and garage sites to large estate regeneration projects including newbuild, refurbishment/retrofit and cross subsidy housing for sale. It also provides modern methods of construction solutions.

The framework offers a dynamic suite of suppliers, creating a marketplace for CHIC’s members to procure and deliver services efficiently. As well as consultancy services, the scope of services includes contractors and MMC manufacturers, and regeneration.

There are no obligations on members to use CHIC’s services on their procurement journey. But the more they use their suite of solutions, the more they will save.
