He has carried out technical due diligence and acquisition surveys on hotels for Henderson Park as well as conditional surveys for Greene King. His experience includes several years working on latent defects, and more recently he has been heading up damp and mould survey programmes.

James enjoys sampling cakes and pastries in London bakeries, watching films and football; he is a supporter of Arsenal men’s and women’s teams and regularly attends matches. He also follows the World Rally Championship.
