Matt has managed tall building cladding replacement projects, refurbishment schemes and re-roofing projects. He has carried out technical due diligence and acquisition surveys on hotels for Henderson Park as well as pre-acquisition condition surveys for Greene King and other hospitality clients.

When he is not working, Matt enjoys watching most sports and played rugby for Hendon and cricket for local (mostly pubs!) sides. He also loves travel and sampling different foods and live music, although most of his spare time is taken up completing his never-ending house refurbishment.
