John Rowan and Partners are delighted to announce that we have been accepted to join the Crown Commercial Service’s RM6242 Construction Professional Services DPS.

Crown Commercial Service is the biggest public procurement organisation in the UK. They use their commercial expertise, to help buyers in central government and across the public and third sector. Using RM6242 services, allows buyers to save time, as CCS has commercial agreements in place to support all purchases.

Through this DPS, we can provide services including but not limited to; employer’s agent, quantity surveying, building surveying, and principal designer across an array of projects such as new builds, refurbishments of buildings and infrastructure, alteration and extension of buildings, and regeneration.
