We are delighted to announce that we have successfully re-secured a place on The Hyde Group’s (THG) new Development Consultants Framework, supporting the delivery of new homes. The framework establishes a trusted pool of development and consultancy experts that can be appointed by public sector organisations like other housing associations and local authorities.

We have been selected on three lots, employer’s agent, clerk of works, and principal designer. It is anticipated that as many as 1,500 new homes per year could be delivered across London and the Southeast through the framework, for Hyde. These are set to be split between outright sale, shared ownership, and affordable or social rent properties.
