The historic Intercontinental London Park Lane, once the site of a royal residence, is the epitome of contemporary elegance. Located a stone’s throw from Hyde Park and in view of Buckingham Palace, we were appointed to on a project comprising to refurbish 450 guest rooms and public areas including spa, restaurants, bars and club lounge.

We were responsible for supply chain management, supplier tendering and negotiation, design coordination and selection, management of product purchases and quality management. As part of our role, we visited suppliers throughout Europe to ensure quality and specification was adhered to.
