Southern Housing Group is a member of the G15 and provides homes for more than 67,000 people across two regions in the south east of England, which includes around 40 local authorities.

Now launched, the new framework will see the Southern Housing Group undertake a partnership approach -providing new homes through a joint venture style arrangements. The contractors’ framework is part of a larger network of refreshed and new frameworks for the Group’s architects, employers’ agents, structural engineers, services engineers and principal designers. Together all these framework partners will work alongside the Group’s new inhouse building company, Southern Housing Construction Ltd, to deliver the Group’s development ambitions.

In 2016/17 we delivered 393 homes, we will continue to follow this worthwhile path and aim to deliver 450 new homes every year until 2025. We need the very best team of contractors and consultants working with us to meet our objectives, we believe that our new framework will help us build consistent and reliable partnerships.
