We are delighted to have recently completed the much-needed 149 unit, shared ownership and rented tenure scheme Dabbs Hill, next to Northolt Park, Ealing, in North West London. This concluded with the hand over of the final 16 units.

In collaboration with Howarth Homes, working on behalf of SNG (Formerly Network Homes), we provided employer’s agent services on this significant development. Consisting of 118 apartments and 31 family sized houses, 128 of the homes are for Shared Ownership and 21 for Affordable Rent.

James Price, project lead commented “We are proud to have worked alongside Howarth Homes and SNG to deliver these high-quality homes at Dabbs Hill. This project not only revitalizes the area with much-needed affordable housing but also strengthens the community by improving educational and recreational amenities.”

The site of the former sports pitches owned by Northolt High School, had previously been unused for 15 years. The money raised from the land sale was used to support the construction of a new building for the school together with associated sports facilities.
