John Rowan and Partners have handed over Lavender Gardens, an exciting new addition to London’s White City neighbourhood.

Lavender Gardens is a modern, red-brick development featuring 1- and 2-bedroom Shared Ownership homes with beautifully designed interiors. The scheme based in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, comprises of six-storey block named Calyx, and a four-storey block named Corolla.

John Rowan and Partners were Employer’s Agents, Site Inspectors, Principal Designers and Party Wall surveyors on the project.

Working with Kingsbury Construction Company, we have provided much needed affordable housing in an area of major regeneration in West London.”

The project involved the design and construction of forty-five new build flats. Twenty-one of these are Shared Ownership and the remaining twenty-four are Affordable Rent. With four of these set out as wheelchair units. The works also included demolition, landscaping, plantroom and cycle provisions.
