John Rowan and Partners has been re-appointed to deliver a landmark project for one of the world’s top co-educational schools.

We’re very pleased to say that we have been appointed to provide Cost Management services on a project to expand capacity and support Wellington College in their goal of achieving an equal split between boys and girls by September 2025.

Wellington College, founded in 1853, is one of the world’s top co-educational day and boarding schools, set in 400 acres of beautiful parkland in Berkshire. It is home to approximately 1,057 pupils, with around 85% of pupils choosing to board. The College became co-educational in 2006, and now includes 2 day houses and 15 boarding houses.

Athma Sarma, Partner at John Rowan and Partners, and project lead said “We provided initial cost advice at the inception stage and are really pleased to now be appointed to provide full cost management services until the completion of the project. We are excited to play a role in helping the College to achieve its ambition for an equal split between boys and girls within the next four years.”
