John Rowan and Partners are pleased to announce that we have won four framework contracts from the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. The 4-year 18m consultancy framework will fulfil remedial works for the council’s 17,000-strong housing stock.

Calling on our expertise, the remedial works will utilise a wide range of specialities including quantity surveying, project management, CDM compliance and principal designer services.

“We’re really looking forward to being a part of the important regeneration plans within the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham which include delivering remedial work to 17,000 homes over the next four year”. Commented Sean Tobin, Executive Director and Head of Public Sector Regeneration.

The contracts have been secured across three multi-disciplinary service lots that require JRP to manage work including fire remedial, sustainability, climate change and complex works alongside supporting services for any other works undertaken by the Authority.

In addition to these multi-disciplinary services we have been appointed as clerk of works on lot 7 of the framework.
