We performed a brand rollout to various acquisitions sites targeting high volume wet trade. Full cost management incorporating feasibility estimates, tender documents and tendering and financial control on site.

The projects were delivered by appointing a main building contractor, together with multiple specialist direct contractors and suppliers for brand items (approx. 50 per project).

Successful management of the supply chain was key to the overall delivery of the project on time and budget.

Working in collaboration with a new concept designer, a review of the existing brand standards was implemented, resulting in a revised template specification for the chain.
