Brown’s opened their first bar in 1973, with venues across London and throughout the UK, our restaurants are always found in unique buildings or spaces with their own character, history and ambience.
John Rowan and Partners worked on brand development rollout for various acquisition and existing sites, targeting high volume food and beverage offer. We provided full cost management services incorporating feasibility estimates, tender documents and tendering and financial control on site.
The new restaurants were delivered by a main building contractor, working together with specialist mechanical and electrical contractors and multiple specialist direct contractors for brand items.
We facilitated a value management study of the brand hallmarks together with the mechanical and electrical elements to rationalise the escalation in elemental costs across subsequent projects.
