We have performed multi disciplinary services dating back to the stores of Dixons and The link, right through to present day with Currys and PC World. Our relationship began with mobile phone retailer ‘The Link’ with a rollout programme for 198 stores, where we provided architectural design, project and construction management including cost management services.

Our relationship then grew further as we were appointed to provide for the re-branding project of the entire UK portfolio of 188 Dixons stores to Currys Digital. We implemented a programme of works, integrating the business operational requirements with the unique demands of each site and minimal disruption to trading.

We were then asked to provide services such as, budget preparation, design and buidling of a cost management database, tender enquiry, value engineering and capital allowance analysis on PC World’s store development and refit programme.
