Working in partnership with Seán and Stephen Architects, the property went through a complete renovation which included excavation of the existing small basement to create a recreational room for the family.

In addition, we installed new M&E Services, created an ensuite bedroom in the attic space, constructed an extension to the rear of the property and provided pedestrian access to the side of the house.

As the project developed, we installed a new kitchen, bathroom and stairs, replaced all windows, rotten floors and joists, landscaped the front and rear gardens, and all whilst decorating to the client’s requirements.

We are proud to have delivered a brand new home that is now unrecognisable from the dwelling it was before and without incident or accident throughout the programme.
