We were appointed as project managers, quantity surveyors and principal designers on the full renovation including the bedrooms and the creation of a new restaurant and bar including feature terrace outlet. The works also involved the new conference and events, and food and beverage venue with a feature glazed conservatory and terrace and the hard renovation and reconfiguration of health club and spa zone.

Throughout the renovations the team solved operational issues, providing compliance services including health and safety and asbestos management, and helping the client to maximise their investment.
