We Delivered the refurbishment of the façade and underground car park and managing the external signage and lighting replacement. Alongside that we delivered the re-design and refurbishment of the public areas, Breakfast Restaurant, Meeting Rooms and Club Lounge. Additionally, a new meeting room was created by remodelling the reception area.

Management of works to the hotel’s chilled and domestic water system and HVAC upgrade works. During the works, the hotel remained fully open for business, which required careful planning and organisation with the various contractors, consultants and the Hotel Management to keep the 5 star standards.

Costs were managed using our Purchase Order Manager which was fully integrated into the FF&E supply chain.
