John Rowan and Partners were responsible for the supply chain management of the FF&E for 450 guest rooms and public areas including spa, restaurants, bars and club lounge.
We were responsible for supplier tendering and negotiation, design coordination and selection, management of product purchases and quality management
As project managers we visited suppliers to ensure quality and specification was adhered and managed the central warehouse service, orders and coordination of contractors for the duration of the project.
