Olympic Office Centre, Wembley
The redevelopment of Network Homes offices, Olympic Office Centre in Wembley Park, to create a new and exciting mixed-use development with a bespoke design that will provide a successful mix of new homes, new commercial units and high quality public realm and landscaping proposals.
Located along the main pedestrian route to Wembley Stadium, the Olympic Office Centre will provide 253 new homes, consisting of a mix of smaller studios and 1 bed apartments, and larger 2 and 3 bed family sized apartments, of which 35% will be affordable.
The John Rowan and Partners team worked closely with the architect to deliver a design to planning that met the clients defined budget. This involved value engineering workshops and cost advice on several design options to ensure that what the architect was proposing was the most cost effective way of achieving the end result.
Our relationship with Network Homes and the design team has continued and we are delighted to be working together on other projects.
