We worked on the London headquarters for Swarovski, located on the second and third floor of an existing office block in Central London, comprising 7,500ft total internal floor area. The offices combine showrooms and meeting room’s space, with open plan workstations and directors offices.

The new offices included the introduction of a double height connectivity void, suspended within which are full height crystal chandeliers which are used to provide dramatic views within the office space and provide specific lighting to key areas.

The construction and the innovative design features coupled with working in an occupied office block posed significant health and safety challenges that were successfully overcome by our CDM Co-ordinator team, with a high end office product on completion that can be maintained throughout its lifetime.
