The 02 Arena
The world famous O2 Arena houses a concert arena, a further concert hall, 11 cinemas, a museum, bars and restaurants. This project saw the creation of 3 flagship bars and restaurants (Raan, Britain and America) within the main entrance concourse.
Before we were involved the project was overrunning and over budget. Building work had commenced without agreed design concepts, programme, contracts or quotations in place.
We provided the roles of client agent, project manager and architectural design support to bring the project back under control. We took the lead, defined roles, provided mediation and successfully aligned the project team, managing the project through to completion.
