The Rushes
The scheme saw the construction of over 210,000 sq ft of retail, apartments, bars and health club incorporating a swimming pool. A complex brownfield inner city site with multi levels and under croft parking.
Active involvement with the local community enabled a financially viable mixed use town centre redevelopment to be undertaken with the full support of the local councils, residents and neighbours. We performed the following services:

• Negotiation with planners, Section 106 agreement
• Appointing external consultants
• Negotiation with Highway Authority
• Risk assessment
