His projects include residential private, general needs, keyworker, student, sheltered, wheelchair and special needs schemes. They range from a £500k home to a £150 million regeneration project using a variety of different contract procurement routes and construction methods.

When he is not working, James is a keen tennis player, golfer and has found a new love in ‘going to the gym’ but his secret passion is getting behind a microphone and singing a song or two.
