Since coming on board with the delivery team on the construction phases, we operate as a key team member at both project level and strategically at core group director level.

We have been able to assist the relationships between all parties and ensure the clients objectives are delivered from each perspective, providing clear direction regarding roles and responsibilities under the Design & Build contract. Through our specialist sector insight, we have introduced Communication and Escalation Protocols to improve communication and help the team understand how clear decisions can be made if discussions are on hold.
