Kim has successfully managed phased project refurbishments to Browns Hotel for Rocco Forte Hotels and Hilton Hotels and has widespread experience on project delivery and cost management for a variety of UK clients including high end residential, luxury hospitality and commercial works both in the UK and New Zealand. Kim has over sixteen years’ experience working in the construction industry.

When she is not working, Kim is a keen outdoor adventurer and enjoys time hiking, surfing, skiing and travelling.  She is also a dedicated classical pianist.
