John Rowan and Partners win Fire Consultancy role for the South East Consortium (SEC) Framework

We are very proud to announce that John Rowan and Partners has won a four year Fire Consultancy role with the SEC Framework. Established in 2005, the not for profit organisation was created to help public sector organisations gain efficient access to the best service providers and companies in the South. Members include social housing providers, local authorities and education and health related organisations.

Sean Tobin, Equity Partner and Head of Public Sector at John Rowan and Partners commented:

“We are extremely pleased to be on the fire consultancy framework. It really is testament to the expert knowledge of our fire risk assessment team, whose experience covers a broad range of specialisms. Each one of our 8-strong team has around 15 years’ experience in assessing public buildings and houses, their knowledge and approach moves beyond any guidance documents, to take into account the individualities of every building to ensure that its design stands up to the strictest health and safety regulations.”

“For its many members, the SEC is a valuable resource providing instant access to the best consultants and contractors – saving them considerable time and expenditure on procurement. We have been working with them for over a year on their Asset Management Surveys framework and are very pleased to be extending our capability within the organisation.”

The consortium currently has around 28 affordable housing providers, who collectively manage over 280,000 properties in the South East. Providing simple access to a range of competent companies, members can be assured that everyone within the framework is well trained, highly experienced and has the right knowledge to assist them in the delivery of their projects.
