Sean Tobin
Executive Director, Head of Public Sector Regeneration
Sean, who joined us in 1998, is the executive director in charge of our specialist public sector regeneration team, who work exclusively for local authorities in the residential, educational and corporate workstreams, with registered providers and bank funders.
He manages resource allocations, ensuring all our clients are receiving a high-quality service, monitors performance, promotes continual improvement and partnering, and sets the strategic direction of the team. Sean is also the partner responsible for our capital works programmes.
His football playing days may be behind him, however, he still struts his stuff for the vets. To support him in achieving his best, Sean maintains fitness levels by regularly running at 5am each weekday morning.
