High resident satisfaction and quality of completed works was essential as the plannned maintenance works had to be carried out in an occupied environment. To ensure all expectations were met, we developed a collaborative team approach to the project involving all stakeholders, including the contractor.

Due to our extensive experience in the industry and our ability to understand the challenges of working in large residential blocks and occupied environments, we were able to add value to the project in terms of constantly reviewing and promoting best technical services solutions whilst ensuring quality and timeliness of large programmes is delivered as Clients expectations.

We delivered on time, to budget and programme as well as provided quality installations which require less maintenance going forward. The planned maintenance works were fully completed within the year and we continue to work closely with the London Borough of Lambeth to plan, specify and deliver similar programmes for 2018 and 2019.
