In 2015 Newham Council appointed us, after a competitive OJEU tender, as the single consultant on a 10-year long-term contract to provide all of the following services:

We have worked with Newham for over a decade already, and this appointment demonstrates their faith in us to provide a complete one-stop-shop service whenever they have a project to be fulfilled.
For Newham’s £20m per annum Decent Homes programme we provided a multi-disciplinary service, including project and cost management. We scoped 2,300 properties—finding that 50% of them did not conform to Decent Homes standards—then managed internal and external works to bring them up to standard.
As cost managers we negotiated contractor claims down from £3,000,000 to £2,400,000.
