The works will be achieved in demanding timescales in occupied premises, ensuring minimal disruption to residents. Our involvement also saw us allocate a site survey team to validate client asset data, carry out site surveys to identify the scope of works required to all properties, and prepare documents for L&Q to tender for the appointment of a contractor.

During the programme, we will review the proposed work with the contractor to identify areas of improvement for programme delivery and costs which will continue during the course of the works via continuous improvement workshops.

We continue to work closely with L&Q and further works have been commissioned.
