Stone Studios
Located in Hackney Wick, Stone Studios is one of London’s most exciting neighbourhoods and will feature a new development of 120 homes combined with 5,037 sq m of commercial space. The project is situated within the London Legacy Development Corporation zone with a Section 106 agreement in place.
Appointed the roles of Project Manager and Employer’s Agent, the John Rowan and Partners team has been able to assist the relationships between all parties and ensure a joint vision is achieved by delivering the clients objectives from each perspective.
